Terms of Use
These terms are the agreement between you and the publisher of Ramble. They cover the Ramble app for iPhone, the optional Ramble Voice+ purchase, and this website. Please read them; they are short on purpose.
1. Who you are dealing with
Ramble is published by Ramble (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at help@talkramble.com. By downloading or using Ramble you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
Ramble is distributed through Apple's App Store. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app. Where that agreement and these terms genuinely conflict, Apple's agreement governs the licence to use the software, and these terms govern everything else, including the description of what the product does.
2. What you get for free
The core of Ramble is free and works entirely on your device: recording, on-device transcription, moods and categories, the archive with search and filtering, memory capsules, app lock with Face ID, achievements, widgets, and full backup and restore. No account is required and we do not ask you to create one.
The free tier is metered rather than crippled. Some actions have a weekly or monthly allowance, which is described on the pricing section of our home page and inside the app. Reaching an allowance never deletes anything and never interrupts a recording in progress.
3. Ramble Voice+
Ramble Voice+ is an optional upgrade. It is sold in three forms:
- Monthly subscription at US$5.99 per month, which begins with a 7 day free trial.
- Annual subscription at US$39.99 per year, with an introductory first year price of US$27.99.
- Lifetime access for a single payment of US$199.99.
Prices are shown in United States dollars. In other countries the App Store shows the equivalent local price set for that storefront, including any local taxes, and that displayed price is the one you pay.
How billing works
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before it begins.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Lifetime access is a one time purchase and does not renew.
We do not process payments and never see your card details. Everything above is handled by Apple.
Refunds
Purchases are made from Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue a refund ourselves. If you live somewhere that gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a digital purchase, that right applies and is not affected by this paragraph. If Apple declines a request you believe is fair, write to us and we will do what we reasonably can to help.
If Voice+ ends
Nothing you created is taken away. Everything you recorded stays on your device, remains readable, searchable and exportable, and can still be backed up and restored. Features that produce new premium content stop, and content above a free tier limit becomes read only rather than being deleted. We will not hold your journal hostage.
4. Your content is yours
Your recordings, transcripts, notes, photos and everything else you put into Ramble belong to you. Because the app has no server and no account, that content never reaches us. We claim no licence over it, we have no access to it, and we cannot read, moderate, restore or hand it to anyone, including if we were asked to. How this works technically is set out in our Privacy Policy.
The consequence is worth stating plainly: because we hold no copy, we cannot recover your journal if you lose your device and have no backup. Backups are free and unlimited for exactly this reason, and we encourage you to use them.
5. What we ask of you
Use Ramble lawfully, and do not try to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app or its protections, except where the law expressly gives you that right. Do not attempt to obtain paid features without paying for them, and do not redistribute or resell the app.
Ramble is a private journal, not a publishing platform. There is no feed, no sharing between users and no moderation, because there is nothing shared to moderate. You are responsible for what you record and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including when you record another person's voice.
6. Availability and changes to the app
We aim to keep Ramble working and to keep improving it, but we do not promise that it will be free of faults or available without interruption. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn. If we withdraw a feature that is part of a paid tier, we will say so clearly and, where it is a material reduction in what you paid for, we will offer a fair remedy.
Ramble depends on Apple services for some optional features, such as weather, music and purchases. If Apple changes or withdraws those services, the corresponding features may change or stop.
7. Disclaimers
Ramble is a journal. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool and not a substitute for professional advice of any kind. Its insights are simple statistics computed from your own entries, not clinical assessments, and they should not be relied on as such. If you are struggling, please speak to a qualified professional or a local support service.
Except for the guarantees that the law gives you and that cannot be excluded, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of the app is limited to the amount you actually paid for Ramble Voice+ in the twelve months before the claim, or, if you never paid anything, to a nominal amount.
We are in particular not liable for data loss caused by device failure, device loss, an operating system update, or a backup you did not take, because the design of the product means we hold no copy from which to restore you.
9. Where you stand as a consumer
Ramble is sold worldwide, and consumer protection law differs from country to country. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country you live in. If a clause here conflicts with such a right, that right wins and the rest of these terms continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, where the publisher is established, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your own country where your local law gives you that right, and you keep the protection of your local mandatory rules.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example if the product or the law changes. The version number and date at the top of this page always show the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or what you are paying for, we will give reasonable notice in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ramble after that means you accept the updated terms.

Hizmet Şartları

1. Karşındaki kim
Ramble, Ramble tarafından yayımlanır (“biz”). Bize help@talkramble.com adresinden ulaşabilirsin. Ramble'ı indirerek ya da kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Kabul etmiyorsan lütfen uygulamayı kullanma.
Ramble, Apple'ın App Store'u üzerinden dağıtılır. Uygulamayı kullanmana Apple'ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de uygulanır. O sözleşmeyle bu şartlar gerçekten çatışırsa, yazılımı kullanma lisansı bakımından Apple'ın sözleşmesi, geri kalan her şeyde (ürünün ne yaptığının tarifi dâhil) bu şartlar geçerlidir.
2. Ücretsiz olarak ne alıyorsun
Ramble'ın çekirdeği ücretsizdir ve tamamen cihazında çalışır: kayıt, cihaz-içi transkripsiyon, duygular ve kategoriler, arama ve filtrelemeyle arşiv, anı kapsülleri, Face ID ile uygulama kilidi, başarımlar, widget'lar ve tam yedekleme ile geri yükleme. Hesap gerekmez, açmanı da istemeyiz.
Ücretsiz katman sakatlanmış değil, ölçülmüştür. Bazı eylemlerin haftalık ya da aylık bir hakkı vardır; bunlar ana sayfamızın fiyat bölümünde ve uygulamanın içinde yazılıdır. Bir hakkın dolması hiçbir şeyi silmez ve süren bir kaydı kesmez.
3. Ramble Voice+
Ramble Voice+ isteğe bağlı bir yükseltmedir. Üç biçimde satılır:
- Aylık abonelik, ayda 5,99 ABD doları; 7 günlük ücretsiz deneme ile başlar.
- Yıllık abonelik, yılda 39,99 ABD doları; tanıtım amaçlı ilk yıl fiyatı 27,99 ABD doları.
- Ömür boyu erişim, tek seferlik 199,99 ABD doları ödeme.
Fiyatlar ABD doları olarak gösterilir. Diğer ülkelerde App Store, o mağaza için belirlenmiş yerel karşılığı, varsa yerel vergiler dâhil gösterir; ödeyeceğin tutar ekranda gördüğün tutardır.
Ödeme nasıl işler
- Satın almayı onayladığında ücret Apple Hesabına yansıtılır.
- Abonelikler, iptal etmediğin sürece aynı fiyattan ve aynı süreyle kendiliğinden yenilenir. Yenileme, mevcut dönem bitmeden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- İstediğin an iPhone'unda Ayarlar → adın → Abonelikler'den iptal edebilirsin. Sonraki dönem için ücretlendirilmemek adına, o dönem başlamadan en az 24 saat önce iptal et.
- Ücretsiz deneme sırasında iptal edersen ücret alınmaz. Bir abonelik satın aldığında denemenin kullanılmayan kısmı düşer.
- Ömür boyu erişim tek seferlik bir alımdır ve yenilenmez.
Ödemeleri biz işlemiyoruz ve kart bilgilerini hiç görmüyoruz. Yukarıdakilerin tamamını Apple yürütür.
İadeler
Satın alma Apple'dan yapıldığı için iade de Apple'dan talep edilir: reportaproblem.apple.com. İadeyi kendimiz gerçekleştiremeyiz. Yaşadığın yerde dijital bir alımdan cayma hakkın varsa o hak geçerlidir ve bu paragraftan etkilenmez. Apple haklı bulduğun bir talebi reddederse bize yaz; makul olarak elimizden geleni yaparız.
Voice+ sona ererse
Ürettiğin hiçbir şey elinden alınmaz. Kaydettiğin her şey cihazında kalır; okunabilir, aranabilir ve dışa aktarılabilir olmayı sürdürür, yedeklenip geri yüklenebilir. Yeni premium içerik üreten özellikler durur; ücretsiz katman sınırının üzerindeki içerik silinmez, salt-okunur olur. Günlüğünü rehin almayız.
4. İçeriğin sana aittir
Kayıtların, transkriptlerin, notların, fotoğrafların ve Ramble'a koyduğun her şey sana aittir. Uygulamanın sunucusu ve hesabı olmadığı için o içerik bize hiç ulaşmaz. Üzerinde hiçbir lisans talep etmiyoruz, hiçbir erişimimiz yok; okuyamayız, denetleyemeyiz, geri getiremeyiz ve talep edilse dahi kimseye veremeyiz. Bunun teknik olarak nasıl işlediği Gizlilik Politikamızda yazılıdır.
Sonucunu açıkça söylemek gerek: elimizde bir kopya bulunmadığı için, cihazını kaybedersen ve yedeğin yoksa günlüğünü kurtaramayız. Yedekleme tam da bu yüzden ücretsiz ve sınırsızdır; kullanmanı öneririz.
5. Senden beklediklerimiz
Ramble'ı hukuka uygun kullan; uygulamayı ya da korumalarını tersine mühendislikle çözmeye, kaynak koda dönüştürmeye veya kurcalamaya çalışma (hukukun bu hakkı açıkça verdiği hâller saklıdır). Ücretli özellikleri ödemeden elde etmeye çalışma, uygulamayı yeniden dağıtma ve satma.
Ramble kişisel bir günlüktür, yayın platformu değil. Akış, kullanıcılar arası paylaşım ve içerik denetimi yoktur; çünkü denetlenecek bir paylaşım yoktur. Kaydettiğin şeyden ve sana uygulanan hukuka uymaktan sen sorumlusun; bir başkasının sesini kaydettiğin durumlar dâhil.
6. Erişilebilirlik ve uygulamadaki değişiklikler
Ramble'ı çalışır tutmayı ve geliştirmeyi amaçlıyoruz, ama kusursuz ya da kesintisiz olacağını taahhüt etmiyoruz. Özellikler eklenebilir, değişebilir ya da kaldırılabilir. Ücretli bir katmanın parçası olan bir özelliği kaldırırsak bunu açıkça söyleriz ve ödediğin şeyde esaslı bir azalma varsa adil bir telafi sunarız.
Hava, müzik ve satın alma gibi bazı isteğe bağlı özellikler Apple servislerine bağlıdır. Apple bu servisleri değiştirir ya da kaldırırsa ilgili özellikler değişebilir veya durabilir.
7. Sorumluluk reddi
Ramble bir günlüktür. Tıbbi cihaz değildir, tanı aracı değildir ve hiçbir profesyonel tavsiyenin yerine geçmez. İçgörüleri, kendi kayıtlarından hesaplanan basit istatistiklerdir; klinik değerlendirme değildir ve öyle kabul edilmemelidir. Zorlanıyorsan lütfen nitelikli bir uzmana ya da yerel bir destek hattına başvur.
Hukukun sana verdiği ve dışlanamayan garantiler saklı kalmak üzere, uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “erişilebilir olduğu ölçüde” sunulur; hiçbir tür garanti verilmez.
8. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, ihmalden kaynaklanan ölüm veya bedensel zarar, hile ya da hukuken sınırlanamayacak diğer hâller bakımından sorumluluğumuzu sınırlamaz.
Bu saklı kalmak ve sana uygulanan hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde: dolaylı ve netice kabilinden zararlardan sorumlu değiliz; uygulamadan doğan toplam sorumluluğumuz, talepten önceki on iki ay içinde Ramble Voice+ için fiilen ödediğin tutarla, hiç ödeme yapmadıysan sembolik bir tutarla sınırlıdır.
Özellikle: cihaz arızası, cihaz kaybı, işletim sistemi güncellemesi ya da almadığın bir yedek nedeniyle oluşan veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz; çünkü ürünün tasarımı gereği elimizde geri yükleyebileceğimiz bir kopya yoktur.
9. Tüketici olarak durumun
Ramble dünya genelinde satılır ve tüketici hukuku ülkeden ülkeye değişir. Bu şartlardaki hiçbir hüküm, yaşadığın ülkenin emredici hukukunun sana tüketici olarak verdiği bir hakkı ortadan kaldırmaz. Buradaki bir madde böyle bir hakla çatışırsa o hak üstün gelir ve şartların geri kalanı uygulanmaya devam eder.
Bu şartlara, yayıncının yerleşik olduğu Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır ve Türkiye mahkemeleri yetkilidir. Başka bir ülkede yerleşik bir tüketiciysen, yerel hukukun bu hakkı verdiği hâllerde kendi ülkenin mahkemelerine de başvurabilirsin ve yerel emredici kuralların korumasını korursun.
10. Bu şartlardaki değişiklikler
Ürün ya da mevzuat değiştiğinde bu şartları güncelleyebiliriz. Sayfanın başındaki sürüm numarası ve tarih her zaman güncel sürümü gösterir. Bir değişiklik haklarını ya da ödediğin şeyi esaslı biçimde etkiliyorsa, yürürlüğe girmeden önce uygulama içinde makul bir bildirim yaparız. Sonrasında Ramble'ı kullanmaya devam etmen güncellenmiş şartları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.
